Returns Policy

• We do not accept returns on any item! This includes corsets, bloomers, panties, bras, pasties, or any other item of clothing. This policy encompasses pre-made items, sample items, and custom items. Also, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• All pre-made and sample items are inspected thoroughly before posting for sale. Flaws, if any, will be noted in the listing. If the item has been worn for a photo shoot or fashion show, this information will be noted in the listing. We do not resell panties, pasties, or bras once they have been worn. All sales of pre-made and sample items are final.
• If there is a flaw with workmanship or sizing on a custom item that is the fault of SugarKitty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will need photographic proof that item in question doesn't fit or that there was a construction flaw. Once the appropriate documentation has been received, we will work out a befitting solution from there.
• There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges. The vast majority of SugarKitty’s orders are custom - which means materials are generally ordered for your specific requests. Please clear up questions and concerns PRIOR to placing your order!

Shipping

Pre-made items & sample corsets will be shipped within 2-3 days. Custom corset orders will typically be shipped within 8-10 weeks; all other custom items ship in 1-3 weeks. Large orders (i.e. multiple custom pieces) can take 10-12 weeks, sometimes longer. If you're in a rush, let us know and we'll work something out.

We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS for both domestic (USA), and international (we ship worldwide!). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and are based on weight, so please don't email us asking for shipping rates. All orders will be sent tracking information upon completion.

PLEASE NOTE: Whatever shipping method/speed you choose is what will be used to ship your order once it's complete. For example, if you choose an overnight delivery method on a custom corset, we will ship your corset via overnight delivery ONCE THE CORSET IS COMPLETE.

Selecting a faster delivery method will not speed up your order, unless of course you're purchasing an item that's pre-made. If you need your item before the specified turnaround time, rush charges will apply, in addition to the shipping cost.
